My Goal

 The real estate process can be a maze between paperwork and the requirments of necessary legal services when buying and selling real estate.  The difficulty of interpreting legalese can leave anyone feeling uncertain who to trust. The primary goal of Mitchell Group Media LLC is to add transparency to these processes in an attempt to empower not just my clients and customers, but all consumers everywhere with this valuable information so they can feel comfortable and competent to make what is likley the most important financial decision of their life to date, when buying, selling and investing in real estate. lICENSED DRONE OPERATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Property listings featuring high dynamic range photos sell 50% faster and increase online views by 118%, while homes with drone photos and video sell 68% faster.  I am a commercially licensed, sUAS, drone pilot. I use a DJI Mavic air 2 for video and photo capture and I use a Sony a6700 and a6000 for high dynamic range photography.  Walkthrough property tours are a great way to offer efficient exposure and the 8k 360 camera does an amazing job with that.  When your listing agent is also your photographer,  it makes the process more streamlined and adds value through saving you time and marketing your property globally.
